Policy
We correct any factual error that is supported by a primary document: a court record, a regulator filing, an administration report, a company registry entry, or comparable evidence. Corrections are made to the article itself and recorded in the log below, so the change is transparent rather than silent. We distinguish a correction, which fixes a factual error, from an update, which reflects a genuine change in the underlying record over time. Both are logged.
